Gemma’s place is a beautiful little cottage which makes great use of the space and lives up to the online pictures. The beach is even closer than I thought, really only 5 minutes walk away. We had a fantastic 3 nights there with 5 adults, 3 kids and the dog. The local amenities are also right on the doorstep. Whilst we were there we went to Bewilderwood with our kids (under aged 10) which is highly recommended. We were so impressed with the area we’ll be back for another family holiday soon.

I had a truly wonderful stay in Winterton, Norfolk! The village near the beach was the perfect location for a relaxing getaway. The home exuded a welcoming atmosphere, and the thought put into every aspect of the space made the experience truly memorable. Despite not meeting the hosts in person, their exceptional communication ensured a seamless stay. Exploring the charming village and enjoying the beautiful beach made this trip one to remember. I'm already eagerly anticipating my next visit!

A beautiful cottage within a beautiful location. The cottage was very welcoming, with all the amenities you might need. The host was very responsive, friendly and so helpful. Just 5 minutes walk to a wide spread lovely beach, that is mostly sandy. A large family lived very comfortably, without stepping on each others toes.

We stayed here for a few days with adult children and in-laws. The house was a perfect fit for a short getaway with walks by the sea and in the pretty village. The house is tastefully and practically decorated, you will find everything you need.

We’ve just had another lovely week at Jubilee House! Variable weather this time, but the beach is so close that we’ve popped back & forth every day, avoiding the showers & making the most of lovely peaceful dog walks along the coastal paths & the huge stretch of sand. Hirsty’s farm was great entertainment for 7 & 5 year olds, - really tricky high maze in the maize!!

Absolutely brilliant place to stay. All really clean and decor up to date. Beds comfy. It has no private parking but we took three cars and had no problems parking nearby. Everything you need. Two lounges which was great since we were a mixed party of 6 adults (three generations) Courtyard was very private, beach was an easy 5/10 minute stroll. Dunes lovely for dog walks. Whole village is totally dog friendly. Fisherman's Return had good quality pub food and very friendly. Poppy's cafe did a most excellent breakfast and had some lovely looking cakes. Chip shop was lovely (they cook food to order). However it wasn't open every night. Lovely coffees at beach car park along with snacks and cake etc. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend we will return if they'll have us! Gt Yarmouth and Hemsby only a short drive if you want some action! We played crazy golf in Hemsby and saw the afternoon circus show at the hippodrome in Yarmouth.

Had a lovely stay at Jubilee House. The house was very comfortable - Gemma had thought of everything to make our stay great. Very close to the beach and a lovely tea room next door.

Our stay in Winterton-on-sea at Gemma's cottage was perfect. There was plenty of space and everything we could have needed for a long weekend. Felt right at home in the cottage and with the beach only a 5 minute walk, the location was perfect. Gemma was really responsive and helpful. Would recommend without hesitation! Thank you for a lovely stay at Jubilee House. We were 4 Adults, Baby and a Dog. The house was so comfortable and we enjoyed chilling out. Rooms are lovely. The location is really 5 mins from the coast, Beach is lovely. The village has a shop. Poppy’s Tea Rooms/Shop. Great Fish & Chip Shop and the Fishermans Return was friendly and food recommended. Looking forward to returning in the future.

Great cottage in a great location. Cottage was beautifully decorated and had everything you needed - really well equipped. Walking distance to a beautiful beach. Gemma was great at communicating and very responsive.

Location was perfect, as described. Literally five mins walk from the beach. Next door to a lovely tea room, shop, post office and lovely chip shop. Also local pub up the road. Lovely place!
