Great location for the beach, which is lovely and sandy. Can easily walk down from Hesby or Horsey Gap. Seals are an obvious delight, during the winter they come right up on the dunes, but lots of seal watchers keeping an eye on things and keeping them safe. Great location, with shops within yards (well used during our stay), lovely coffee shop - Poppys. Fish and chips and a pub. House had everything we needed, really well thought out, will do a return visit!

Lovely family Christmas get together, well equipped kitchen with everything we needed, with plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the walks to the beach, the seals meant no access to the beach, but the dunes gave us plenty of walks and tired the dogs. Gemma was super helpful and allowed us early access as no prior guests. Would definately recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was warm and cosy, very clean and the village was quiet and had great amenities. Lovely beach just down the road. Would return to this place in a heartbeat!

Had an amazing time reconnecting with family in Gemma's gorgeous seaside cottage, the PS4 was enjoyed well as was the gorgeous kitchen and proximity to the beach for walks. We had a great time and Gemma's place and recommend it so highly!

Great house for our October half term break. We stayed with another family and it worked really well - the two living rooms meant kids could play in one while adults chatted in the other. Everything was clean and comfortable with good quality bedding and towels.

Nice touches like a shed full of beach toys for the kids and a useful welcome pack when we arrived. The owner was really helpful and quick to respond to messages.

The location is spot on - 5 minutes to a beautiful beach with really soft sand. Poppies café next door is lovely too.

Would definitely come back.

Beautiful cottage in fabulous location. Perfect for our two families & dog with really helpful guide to the area and everything we needed on the doorstep. Will certainly rebook.

Really lovely cottage - very well equipped. The host was very responsive and had excellent advice on restaurant recommendations. Beds were really comfy. We all felt right at home.

We had a fabulous stay. The house was lovely, very cosy. A short walking distance to the beach. Great coffee place (Poppies) next door and fabulous fish and chip shop.

Little shop across the way and a pub in the village. We had a fabulous break. Took my dog and she loved it too.

A beautiful escape for some quality family togetherness! The house was the perfect space for quality time and relaxation. Close enough to the beach to not need to use the car until checkout! Comfortable seaside stay in a very quaint little village.
