Your Accommodation
A beautiful detached Victorian Cottage nestled in the heart of the village very close to the sandy, dog-friendly beach, café, shops and pub. With 4 bedrooms (2 king-size, 1 double and 1 bunk bed) the cottage is ideally suited to families or those who just want a bit more space.
Downstairs you will find 2 reception rooms, a dining room and an additional bathroom with shower. We have a log burner for those cold nights in the sitting room. Outside there is a small garden to the front which catches the afternoon sun and a small rear patio with access to the beach road.
We accept up to 2 dogs free of charge, more may be considered under certain conditions. You can offload your luggage outside the property with street parking nearby.

Rooms
The cottage has 4 bedrooms. 2 King size Rooms, 1 Double and 1 Bunk bed room. There is a bathroom upstairs with powerful rainfall shower and roll-top bath. Downstairs there is an additional bathroom and shower.
Downstairs there is a sitting room with log burning fire and living room with electric fire. There is also a dining room with space for 6-8
A maximum of 6 adults is the capacity to give you plenty of space.
Facilities
When you arrive all beds will be made up and one bath towel and hand towel for use. There will also be some essentials to start you off : Toilet rolls, milk, washing up liquid, hand soap, tea towels and welcome hamper.
Downstairs reception rooms both have TVs, one room has DVDs playing with lots of films to choose from and a PlayStation 4 for any children staying. Of course we also have a fast reliable broadband to use free of charge.
The kitchen is equipped with all you need including a large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
There is a small shed at the rear patio where beach goodies can be found and it has direct access to road (useful for bringing wet doggies in for a hose down!)
Rates and Availability
Changeover days are Monday and Fridays with 3 night (weekend), 4 nights (Mon-Friday) or 7 nights or more stay durations. Rates vary between as low as £120/night low season to £250/night in high season (rates vary based on number of nights).
